The water level now raised by the Portage Lake dam the State Boat Launch is open again. More power boats are venturing out onto the waterway, but still a very quiet and peaceful time to paddle the chain.

/ April 16, 2012I love still water photos, they are pretty to look at and definitely the best condition for kayaking. It’s almost the same sentiment I have with spring, the purple foliage combined with the blossoming trees is enough to make someone feel nostalgic to be alive.
